Clinical Psychologist with 10 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and adults with a Cognitive Behavioral approach.He has studies in Perinatal and Infant Psychology and Psychopathology from the University of Valencia, Spain and in Clinical Psychology from the University of Panama.
He has been working at “The Bridge Center” since 2014 providing individual, group and couple psychological care.
He has focused efforts on supporting children and adolescents with Attention Deficit Disorder, behavioral problems, control of emotions, self-esteem and frustration tolerance. He also helps teens with their difficulties with social relationships with their peers and with their parents. He also offers specialized tutorials and the shadow service in schools.
He carries out therapeutic sessions with adults to deal with Anxiety, Depression and Stress among other conditions. He also treats Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and Eating Disorders.
With couples, he provides a space to improve communication and promote proper conflict resolution.
He has collaborated in the departments of Psychology at the Hospital del Niño and the “Hospital Santo Tomás” in Panama City, as well as the “Hospital Universitario y Politécnico La Fe” in Valencia, Spain.
He was Clinical Director of the “Valórate” Foundation, in which he was in charge of the Psychologists who make up the care team in the different centers nationwide, developing and implementing workshops for children, adolescents and a school for parents; in addition to providing training to teachers in various schools in the country.
Speaker on various occasions with the topics: "Knowing about hyperactivity and Attention Deficit" to an audience of more than 200 people, "Rules, Punishment and Structure: Improving the management of our children and our parental roles", "Handling the child with ADHD in the classroom" and others.
