Betty E. Dirnfeld

Betty holds a bachelor's degree in education from International University. She is a Certified Coach by the International Coaching Institute (ICI), Everything DiSC Workplace Coach, and a Certified NLP Practitioner.

His great passion is that people have excellent interpersonal relationships, and for this he uses different coaching techniques to achieve the desired result, as quickly as possible, in a practical way. She enjoys working with young people who want to feel more confident in themselves, as it is usually a stage where they need more guidance and also helps them to have better relationships with their family and friends. In addition, she enjoys working with parents who want to have great relationships with their children. She attends at The Bridge Center in Costa del Este or virtually by zoom. Apart from the individual sessions, he also does group workshops. He has participated in different talks sharing his method for people to learn to improve their quality of life. And she participated as a guest speaker in the first Coach Talk of Panama in 2018. She is the coordinator of the Comsana program at the Hebrew Academy school in Panama, where students are taught about values. He writes articles for the magazine The Tree of Life. Before coming to The Bridge Center he worked in the family business for 8 years. And then he tended to his coaching clients in his private office. She is married and has 5 children. He worked voluntarily in the NGO Techo, with the ICF team of the Panama chapter. He has given workshops to teachers from different schools, sharing tools to be calmer due to the stress generated by the pandemic, and thus have better relationships with his students in a more pleasant environment, either virtual or face-to-face. He has given classes to young people to strengthen their self-esteem and have a clear vision of their future. Betty focuses on improving interpersonal relationships and above all on improving the relationship that people have with themselves.
