Ana Lucía “Tuchi” Obregón de Ruiz

Ana Lucia, better known as Tuchi, has worked at international schools both in Panama and Colombia for over 34 years serving all stakeholders. Additionally, for the past 13 years she has been part of the Bridge Center, working as a Life Coach for Adolescents, Young Adults, and their parents.

Her office is always open to help families. Her main goal is to provide an environment where her clients can become positive individuals in control of their emotions and lives. Ana Lucia holds a degree in Psychology with emphasis in Education from the Universidad del Norte and over 34 years of experience. As a counselor and coach, working with individuals, families and groups, she helps them identify their needs, improve inter personal relationships, promote positive attitudes and choices, guide teacher and parents better serve their students/children, show them the best options offered by the community according to their needs, help teens and young adults in the process of growing up, give preventive services, hone communication skills using positive language, and always maintaining the patients privacy and wellbeing. Ana Lucia keeps herself up to date, taking part in conferences, webinars internationally as well local. This is a priority and a guarantee the Center offers to all it’s customers. This service of coaching and counseling is offered both in English and Spanish.
